DOCUMENTS
All documents, including, Convention rules, resolutions, and Constitution and By-Law amendments that will be submitted for consideration by the delegates will be available on the Convention website at https://convention.seiu.org or the Convention app no later than July 13, 2020. Documents will be translated into the same languages that interpretation is being provided. The app, called SEIU Connect, is available for Apple or Android devices and can be downloaded at no cost at:

ELECTION OF OFFICERS

In the event of a contested election:
If you are a delegate and you logged into the convention, you will receive an email from notice@ballotpoint.com.
That email will contain instructions about how to vote in the election. You must request a login link. Your DELEGATE ID is the registration ID you received when you registered for the convention. You must use the email address that you used to register for the convention.
- Once you request a login link, you will receive a second email from notify@ballotpoint.com with instructions to retrieve and cast your vote.
You will click the link in this second email to take you to the ballot. You will be able to vote for any of the contested positions. Some of the positions may include the Executive Vice Presidents; Vice Presidents, Executive Board Members, including the retired member; and Board of Auditors) or for individual candidates.
You have seven (7) days from the day the email is sent to you to return your ballot.
After you have successfully cast your vote, you will see a confirmation on your screen and receive a confirmation email from notify@ballotpoint.com stating that you successfully voted.

After the 7 day voting period ends, the results of the cast ballots will be tabulated by Ballotpoint and reported by the Roll Call Committee to the delegates via the SEIU Convention Website.

The website and app will be an ongoing source of information necessary to keep all registrants informed and it is suggested that you monitor those sites for updates.
